Hi, I'm Michael.
I've spent over ten years as an analyst inside large enterprises — most recently in revenue-cycle and operations analytics at one of the largest health systems in New York. Places like that run on data: full-time analytics teams, dashboards for every department, numbers that show up before the questions do.
And the whole time, I kept meeting small business owners — contractors, restaurant owners, practice managers — making five-figure decisions off a spreadsheet from six weeks ago. Not because they didn't care about their numbers. Because getting the numbers was somebody's unpaid second job.
That gap is why I founded Data Visuals M.A.D. in 2024 (the M.A.D. stands for Metrics · Automation · Dashboards). Big companies have entire departments for this. Your business deserves the same clarity — without the department.
