Prices are month-to-month by default. Most clients choose a 12-month agreement — 20% off setup and 6% off the monthly rate. The 3-year rate lock cuts setup in half and locks your rate 12% lower; the 5-year rate lock waives setup entirely and locks it 18% lower.
A rate lock, not a lock-in: every long-term agreement includes a 60-day out clause — if we stop earning your business, you can leave, repaying only the waived setup pro-rata. Your rate stays flat for the full term.

What does the setup fee cover?
The one-time work: connecting your tools, building your private database, cleaning the data, and designing dashboards around your questions. It's charged once because it's done once — upgrades never re-charge for what's already built.
What does the monthly fee cover?
Hosting on our secure servers, automatic data refreshes on your plan's schedule, maintenance, small tweaks, support, and full DVOPS platform access for your team.
What's not included?
Major new projects — a whole new data source or dashboard area — are quoted separately, in writing, before any work starts. Small changes are simply part of your plan.
When does custom pricing apply?
Many data sources, custom integrations, HIPAA business-associate agreements, or multi-entity consolidations get a custom flat quote in writing.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
No — month-to-month is always available. Longer terms reduce or waive setup and lock your rate, with a 60-day out clause and pro-rata repayment of waived setup.
How do software/pass-through costs work?
For most clients there are none — DVOPS runs on our infrastructure and Power BI Pro licensing is included when you want Power BI delivery.
