How much does DVOPS cost for a small business?

Month-to-month plans start at $77/month with a one-time build fee from $750. Growth starts at $122/month with a build from $1,100, and Professional starts at $216/month with a build from $1,500. Rate locks cut the build by 50–75% with locked monthly rates — full details on the pricing page.

Do I have to sign a long contract?

No — month-to-month is always available. Longer terms reduce or waive the build fee and lock your monthly rate, and every long-term agreement includes a 60-day out clause with pro-rata repayment of waived setup. It's a rate lock, not a lock-in.

How long does it take to get a dashboard built?

Most clients go from kickoff call to live dashboard in 2 to 8 weeks. Starter plans typically launch in 2–3 weeks; Professional plans with multi-source data hubs typically take 6–8 weeks.

Does Data Visuals M.A.D. work with QuickBooks?

Yes — QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop are our most common data sources. We also connect Square, Shopify, Stripe, time-clock apps, HubSpot, Salesforce, EMR/EHR systems, TMS dispatch software, ADP/Paycom payroll, and Amazon Seller Central.

Do I need a data team or IT person on my side?

No. We build, host, and maintain the entire data hub and dashboards. Most clients only provide read-only access to the tools they already use.

Do you only serve Northwest Arkansas and Long Island?

No. We're based in Springdale, Arkansas and Babylon, New York, but the work is done remotely — we serve small and mid-sized businesses anywhere in the United States.

Can you automate Excel templates and macros, not just build dashboards?

Yes. We rebuild fragile spreadsheets, write VBA macros, and create smart Excel templates that refresh themselves from QuickBooks, your POS, or any connected source. Details.

What industries do you specialize in?

Construction & trades, restaurants & food service, trucking & logistics, and healthcare & clinics have dedicated dashboard pages. We also ship built-in report templates for retail & e-commerce, real estate, manufacturing, professional services & agencies, financial services, and nonprofits.

What makes you different from a SaaS dashboard tool?

SaaS tools give you templated views over one or two sources — and you do the building. We build a centralized SQL data hub combining all your sources with your KPI definitions, and we maintain it. See the Databox comparison.

What is DVOPS?

DVOPS is our platform. Your team logs into Nexus, your own branded portal, for live dashboards, drill-downs, forecasting, scheduled PDF reports, exports, and Sage — an assistant that answers questions about your data in plain English. You can also rearrange your own dashboard layout. Platform tour.

Is my business data secure?

Every client gets an isolated database with role-based access, least-privilege roles, and a dedicated audit layer recording access and changes. The platform is architected for HIPAA readiness — it was built for healthcare data first.

What if we outgrow our plan?

You upgrade — build fees only apply to new work, never re-charged for what's already built.

Do you offer one-time projects or only monthly plans?

Both. Fixed-price projects include the $750 Starter Reporting Cleanup and the $1,250 QuickBooks Dashboard Package; ongoing plans start at from $77/month.

Can marketing agencies white-label your dashboards?

Yes — we build client-reporting dashboards agencies deliver under their own brand, with automated data pulls and scheduled report delivery.

Do you offer a free consultation?

Yes — a free 30-minute reporting review. You show us how you handle reports today; we show you what could be automatic. No pitch.
