How much does DVOPS cost for a small business?
Month-to-month plans start at $95/month with a one-time setup fee of $950. Growth is $125/month with $1,750 setup, and Professional is $195/month with $3,500 setup. A 12-month agreement takes 20% off setup and 6% off the monthly rate; 3- and 5-year rate locks cut setup by 50% or waive it entirely with locked monthly rates (Starter from $78/mo). Every plan includes full access to the DVOPS platform — dashboarding, reports, your own SQL space, and automated data ingestion. And for most clients there are no software licensing fees — everything runs on our servers. Only larger clients whose data needs outgrow our shared infrastructure may require a separate license.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
No — month-to-month is always available. The longer terms exist to reward commitment: they reduce or waive the setup fee and lock your monthly rate for the full term. Every long-term agreement includes a 60-day out clause — if we stop earning your business, you can leave, repaying only the waived setup pro-rata. It's a rate lock, not a lock-in.
How long does it take to get a dashboard built?
Most clients go from kickoff call to live dashboard in 2 to 8 weeks. Starter plans typically launch in 2–3 weeks; Professional plans with multi-source data hubs typically take 6–8 weeks.
