Does this work with QuickBooks Desktop or only Online?
Both. QuickBooks Online connects through its API; for QuickBooks Desktop we set up an automated export pipeline. Either way, your dashboard updates without anyone exporting files by hand.
Will this disturb my bookkeeper's workflow?
No. We connect with read-only access. Your bookkeeper keeps working in QuickBooks exactly as they do today — the dashboard just reads the results. Many bookkeepers refer us for exactly this reason.
What reports are included?
Live P&L with budget vs. actual, cash flow view, AR and AP aging, and a scheduled monthly financial summary email. Additional pages — sales by customer, class- or location-level reporting — can be added to any plan.
How much does it cost?
Month-to-month: a one-time setup fee of $1,250 plus $95/month for hosting, automatic updates, maintenance, and support. A 12-month agreement drops that to $1,000 + $89/month, and our 3- and 5-year rate locks cut setup to $625 or $0 with a locked monthly rate of $84 or $78. All pricing is published — no quote games.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
No. Month-to-month is always available. The longer terms exist to reward commitment: they reduce or waive the setup fee and lock your rate. And every long-term agreement includes a 60-day out clause — if we stop earning your business, you can leave, repaying only the waived setup pro-rata. It's a rate lock, not a lock-in.
How long does setup take?

Is my financial data secure?
