Know your margins before the invoice is sent

Cost per mile, load profitability, driver productivity, and fuel spend — tracked automatically in Power BI. Most trucking companies only see load margins after the fact. We give you the numbers when they can still change the outcome.

✓ Cost per mile tracked automatically ✓ Load-level profitability ✓ Driver productivity dashboard ✓ Fuel spend monitoring ✓ TMS & dispatch connected

Sound familiar?

  • You don't know the true cost per mile on a load until after fuel, driver pay, and tolls are all reconciled — sometimes weeks later.
  • You're accepting loads based on rate sheets, not actual margin — and some of those loads are losing money.
  • Driver productivity data is scattered across dispatch notes, ELD logs, and paper timesheets.
  • Fuel spend is tracked at the card level but never compared to mileage or load revenue in one place.

What you get instead

  • Load-level profitability — rate vs. fuel vs. driver cost per load, visible within 24 hours of completion.
  • Cost per mile by truck, driver, and lane — see which routes and drivers are profitable and which aren't.
  • Driver productivity dashboard: on-time delivery %, miles per day, idle time, and fuel efficiency by driver.
  • Fuel spend vs. mileage automatically compared — flag trucks with abnormal consumption before it compounds.

Cost Per Mile
All-in cost per mile by truck, driver, and lane. Updated daily.
Driver Productivity
On-time %, miles driven, idle time, and fuel efficiency per driver.
Fuel Spend vs. Mileage
Fuel cost vs. miles driven — flag trucks with abnormal consumption.

Trucking dashboard questions

How do I calculate true cost per mile for a trucking company?
True cost per mile combines fuel, driver pay, tolls, fees, insurance, and maintenance against total miles run. We pull each cost source (fuel card, payroll, TMS, dispatch) into a single SQL hub and Power BI calculates cost per mile by truck, driver, and lane every day.
What TMS and ELD systems do you connect to?
We connect to McLeod, Truckmate, Tailwind, AscendTMS, ProTransport, and most other TMS platforms. For ELDs we support KeepTruckin/Motive, Samsara, Geotab, Omnitracs, and BigRoad. Fuel-card integrations include WEX, Comdata, EFS, and RTS.
How fast do I see load profitability after a delivery?
Most clients see load-level margin within 24 hours of delivery — once fuel, driver pay, and any toll/fee data lands in the source systems. For loads where settlement is delayed, the dashboard shows a projected margin until the actuals close.
Can the dashboard help me decide which loads to refuse?
Yes. Once historical cost per mile by lane and truck is in the dashboard, we add a rate-per-mile threshold view. When a new load is offered you can compare the rate against your real costs and decide whether it's profitable before you accept.
How much does a trucking dashboard cost?
Plans start at $95/month with a $950 one-time setup. The Power BI Pro license is included. Most small fleets use the Growth or Professional plan to combine TMS, ELD, and fuel-card data.
