Stop rebuilding the same report every week

We take the reports someone on your team builds by hand — sales recaps, labor summaries, weekly financials — and rebuild them to run themselves: pulled, cleaned, calculated, and delivered on schedule.

✓ 4+ hrs/week back, typical ✓ Vacation-proof ✓ Same math every time ✓ From $95/mo

The Monday report problem

If a report takes 45 minutes to build, it gets built when there's time — which is exactly when you don't need it.

  • Someone spends Monday morning copy-pasting numbers into a template.
  • The report arrives late, or wrong, or both — and nobody's sure which.
  • When that person is out, the report just... doesn't happen.
  • Three versions of the same spreadsheet, all slightly different.
  • Data pulls itself from QuickBooks, your POS, and your files — on schedule.
  • The report generates and emails itself. Same math, every time.
  • Vacation-proof: no human in the loop, full documentation.
  • One source of truth in a real database, not a folder of copies.

How it works

Three steps, two to four weeks for most reports.

Map the routine

You show us the report and where its numbers come from. We document every source and calculation.

Automate the pipeline

We connect the sources, clean the data in your own SQL space, and rebuild the report to generate itself.

Schedule & forget

The report delivers to the right inboxes on schedule — CSV, Excel, or PDF — and we monitor it.

What the research shows

This isn't theory. Microsoft's published Bank CenterCredit story reports reporting cut from weeks to hours and 800+ employee hours saved per month after automating reports; Sisense's Measuremen story reports report creation falling from 16 hours to 30 minutes. Different tools, same mechanism — the one we build for small businesses. See the sourced evidence →

Frequently asked

If something isn't here, the free review is the fastest way to a direct answer.

What kinds of reports can you automate?

Anything with a repeatable recipe: weekly sales recaps, labor vs. budget, job cost summaries, AR follow-up lists, month-end packets, client reports. If a human follows steps to build it, we can automate it.

Our data comes as emailed CSVs — can you still automate?

Yes. Automated file intake is one of our core patterns: files land, load, clean, and chart themselves. APIs are better, but not required.

What happens when a source changes and something breaks?

We monitor the pipelines and fix breaks — that's what the monthly fee is for. You'll usually get the fix before you'd have noticed the problem.

Do we lose our Excel files?

No. Many clients keep Excel as the delivery format — it just fills itself now. Others move to live dashboards. Your call.
